Lived here about 8 years ago, and this is by far my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. Loved it so much, we are coming back!

I have lived here for 7 years for several reasons! Great location, easy access, quick maintenance response and great staff...to name a few! HIGHLY recommended by me!

I would tell them to move in, it's reasonably priced and a well constructed and managed apartment complex.

You should become my neighbor

It's a very homely enviroment that's in a great location. Apartsment are well kept.

Nice community but the parking needs improvement

I would recommend living here.

Calm and peaceful complex. The apartments a little aged but well kept. We do hear the neighbors talk when they enter and leave the apartment. The walls are a little thin so we do know when the neighbors are having a shower. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it is made up with storage in other parts of the unit.

That I enjoy living here so far and it would be a good move.

Its nice living here because its quiet and the customer service is great. The maintence always takes care of problems in a timely fashion. I have no complaints.

It's wonderful. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. This is my first apartment experience and Waters Park is setting the bar high.

Great all around, only moderate thing is parking.

Living here has been really nice. We moved from out of state, and the staff were great about helping us get settled in our new home. They are always quick to respond and they do so in a professional, friendly manner.

Nice place to live, gated community, safe place, great staff members. Some friendly neighbors all depends on who you live above or below of. Because you could be live above or below elderly people. Or even next door to elderly people, and some of them could be mean. Quiet neighborhood.
